What you share
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, organization, project description, areas of interest, budget, timeline, and how you heard about us. We also collect any optional details you choose to provide, such as your website, a phone number, location, information about your systems, search keywords, or the name of the person who referred you.
How we use it
We use these details to assess your request, respond to you, and prepare for a project conversation. The form sends an internal notification and a confirmation email. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Storage and service providers
The website, inquiry storage, security verification, and email delivery use Cloudflare services. Inquiry details are stored in our Cloudflare database and delivered to our business email inbox. Cloudflare and our email provider may process information outside Canada.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. It processes browser and network signals for security verification. Our server uses the connecting IP address for abuse protection; we do not include it in the saved inquiry. Technical logs may contain request metadata. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Retention and access
Website inquiry records are removed from the site database after 180 days. Related correspondence in our business inbox is retained as needed to manage the inquiry, ongoing work, and business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing us; we will explain any records that need to be kept.
Website tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site. Security services may use necessary browser storage to prevent abuse.
Please leave sensitive details out
The inquiry form is for an initial conversation. Please do not include passwords, access credentials, or sensitive personal records. We can agree on a suitable way to share project information later.
