The situation

Your network has grown with the organization. A switch was added for more desks, a server for a new application, a second connection for another location. Each change solved an immediate problem, but the drawings and documentation never caught up.

Now equipment needs replacing and nobody is sure what depends on what. The quotes cover different things, the backup process has not been tested recently, and a routine change could interrupt more of the business than expected.

How we approach it

We inventory the network and server environment, map the connections and dependencies, and review capacity, access, and recovery requirements with your team. We identify what can stay, what needs attention, and what can wait.

Then we produce a design and a staged refresh plan. That includes equipment requirements, network layout, rack and cabling details where needed, and an agreed sequence for changes. Your installation contractor gets a clear specification to quote and work against.

After installation, we check the finished work against the design and record the results. Recovery testing is included where agreed in the scope.

Rough timeline
