Dispatch · Job management app

Running the job shouldn’t mean chasing the paperwork.

Local service companies need to quote work, send someone out, keep track of the job, and get paid. That can turn into a lot of copying between messages, tickets, and spreadsheets.

I built Dispatch to bring those steps together in a system that’s easy to understand and affordable to use. The aim is to give smaller teams a practical way to manage their work without making software another job.

One system. Everything in it.

The job is entered once, by whoever is closest to it. The dispatcher, the crew, and the bookkeeper all work from that same record, so nobody retypes hours from a notebook or rates from a spreadsheet.

  • Quotes your customers approve online
  • A schedule board for every crew
  • Crews work from their phone, nothing to install
  • Invoices built from the job, tax already done
  • Card payments and automatic reminders
  • Reports on which work actually makes money

Click a job, see everything

Customer, location, crew, photos, and charges on one screen. No digging through tabs.

Nothing to install

The office uses a browser. Crews open a link on their phone. That’s the whole setup.

Learned in an afternoon

No training binder and no consultant. If someone can work their inbox, they can work Dispatch.

Accounting
Your books stay put. Invoices go to QuickBooks Desktop now, with QuickBooks Online and Xero soon.
Hosting
Your jobs, customers, and invoices are hosted in Canada, not on a laptop in the back office.
Setup
Most teams dispatch real jobs in a day or two. Services, rates, and customers are set up with you.
Trying it
Book a 20-minute demo, then try Dispatch free with your own jobs and rates. No contract needed.

IS ER OPEN · Free community tool

Finding out if the ER is open shouldn’t take a search through Facebook.

Hospital closure updates were scattered around, and knowing where to look wasn’t obvious. I developed IS ER OPEN in 2025 to bring Northern BC emergency department information into one place.

The tool brings hospital status, locations, and contact details together in a simple view. It’s an independent community project, and the reason for building it was to make that information easier to find.
